BeamLoot.com is a collectibles platform offering two types of products: (1) Limited-edition laser-engraved collectibles — each with a unique serial number, limited supply by rarity tier, and optional raffle participation; (2) General store items — non-limited accessories such as mousepads, pins and stickers, available without serial numbers. All collectible items are genuine limited editions produced by BeamLoot.com.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. BeamLoot.com does not store payment card details. Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with full refund.
We ship to EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5–15 business days depending on destination. BeamLoot.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier events outside our control.
BeamLoot.com sells two types of products with different return policies:
All collectible items with custom laser engraving are made exclusively for the buyer and are permanently excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect item received. This applies to all products with a unique serial number (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Covert). By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this exclusion.
For non-personalised items (Store category — mousepads, pins, stickers, etc.), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Participation in raffles requires a qualifying purchase. Each eligible purchase grants one ticket. Winners are selected randomly using a verifiable random draw. The draw result is final. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Raffles are open to EU residents only.
XP is a non-monetary engagement metric with no cash value outside the BeamLoot platform. XP discounts are applied at a rate of 500 XP = €1, up to a maximum of 15% of the order value. BeamLoot reserves the right to adjust XP rates with reasonable notice. XP cannot be transferred between accounts.
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to abuse referral or XP systems; use automated tools or bots; attempt to circumvent security measures; harass other users; post illegal or offensive content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All content on BeamLoot.com — including logos, graphics, software and text — is owned by or licensed to BeamLoot.com. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
BeamLoot.com is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from third-party service failures (Stripe, carriers); losses caused by user error. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. For consumer disputes, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may modify these terms. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice.
